All purchases are final and there are no refunds once the booking has been made.
For live sessions, rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours ahead of the session time. No part of the fee will be refunded for missed sessions or sessions cancelled after this cut off time. These sessions can however, be converted to a recorded reading after the cut-off time.
Completing the booking indicates an acceptance of these terms.
